Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with its original case, cleaning cloth and box. You'll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at magicdustbrand@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to:

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective, damaged or incorrect items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item — send us a photo and we'll make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned either.

Sale items
Our voluntary 30-day return window applies to full-price items only. For items purchased on sale or with a special discount, customers in the European Union retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (see below); outside the European Union, sale items are final.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the frame you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the new item. 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, including sale items. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn and unused, with its original case, cloth and box, together with the order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
