SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Every Magic Dust order travels by tracked courier with DHL or GLS.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days of your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During drops or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.

Shipping origin 

All orders currently ship from Spain.

Delivery estimates

  • Spain & Portugal: 1–5 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 2–7 business days
  • United Kingdom & North America: 2–8 business days
  • Asia & Oceania: 3–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 4–12 business days

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is with the carrier, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over $250 ship free, anywhere in the world.

Customs, duties & taxes

Shipping within the European Union: no customs, no import charges — the price you see at checkout is the final price.

For orders outside the European Union, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are the customer's responsibility, and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Wrong address & failed deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or missed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, write to us at magicdustbrand@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call. See our Refund Policy (https://magicdustbrand.com/policies/refund-policy) for returns.

Orders over $250 include a voucher for one free night at Call Me Peter, Siquijor. See our Terms of Service for how it works.
